The TAIMEN team is exactly that; a team. Our namesake fish hunts in packs, and we do too. We don't just work along side one another, we work with one another.
Our hiring process is pretty intensive, and it can daunting to new candidates. But remember, this process isn't just for us, it's for you too. Everyone has their strengths, and if yours are better suited for another position, we don't want to waste your time. That being said, don't be afraid to apply! Sometimes the best team players underestimate themselves.
How does the hiring process work?
TAIMEN's unique hiring process ensures that anyone who receives an offer will fit right in. We use a program called WhoHire to provide a streamlined interactive application that will not only gauge your skills, but analyze how you'll fit in with our team as well.
Once you complete an entry screening, you'll fill out a questionnaire and participate in a one-way video interview. Then, once our team has reviewed your responses, top candidates will be invited to our office for a final in-person interview and meet-and-greet with our team.
